How do you ensure vinyl records aren't damaged during shipping?

We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with stiffener pads and, upon request, we can ship the record outside of its jacket to prevent seam splits during transit.

What is your return policy for warped or skipping records?

We offer a 30-day return policy for any manufacturing defects. If your record arrives warped or has persistent skips, please contact our support team with a short video of the issue for a full replacement or refund.

Do you sell original pressings or modern reissues?

Resident Vinyl carries a curated mix of both. Each product description clearly states whether the item is a contemporary reissue, a limited edition color variant, or a vintage original pressing.

How long does domestic shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped via Media Mail, delivery usually takes 5-8 business days, while expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
